For those who have strong spiritual faith I would suggest any of Doreen
Virtue's books.  After reading one of her books you will want to read more.

To help understand today's child get her book "The Crystal Children".  To
compliment this book you might want to also get the book written by Lee
Carroll and Jan Tober "The Indigo Children".

Music you might enjoy...

As for what is great music to listen to, that depends on each individual.   I
have a few suggestions, but I also would recommend  going to any store that has a music center and you are able to listen to the soft, meditation music to see if you would like before purchasing it.

Merlin's Magic (Angel Symphony) or (Light Reiki Touch)
Lifescapes- The Relaxation Collection (2CDs)(The Best of Massage and Meditation) I found this at Target... they have a nice selection of relaxing music.
